    A lot of us buy lunch from catering companies or from the restaurant, but many spend a lot of money and eat food that is either reheated or with many calories.

I don't say that soup is the best meal for work as it is difficult to eat it at the office, but just for the sake of the example. A sandwich still is the most common food that you eat at work.
