• Seafood with carrot salad

    Seafood, besides the fact that is delicious, is a very good source of minerals, vitamins and proteins.

    Also it is low in cholesterol and sodium. If you want to loose weight is also low in fat (most of this fat is unsaturated – like omega , rich in vitamins like A, B6 and B12 and minerals like phosphorus, iron, zinc and potassium.



    Recipies. I like eating seafood togetther with carrot salad and little sesame oil.

    You need:

    500 g of seafood
    1 spoon of butter
    1 garlic or two cloves
    1/2 spoon of salt and pepper
    oregano
    basil
    250 ml of white or red wine 

    First chop the garlic and stirr it in a hot pan until is has a ginger colour, then add the seafood and the other ingredients. Stirr them constaly for 10 minutes, then add salt and pepper and any other spices that you prefer. In the end add the wine and boil for another 5 minutes. Serve them hot or cold together wiht the carrot salad,
