• How to be positive and fit in the autumn

    Bright and sunny clothes help. If you wake up lazy and frowing and think about the cold weather don't be sad. here are the colour of the autumn. Look and see yellow and mint, and other colourful ideas from pantone. Suddently the morning isn't so nasty after all.


    You can try and replace coffee with black tea as the first one is more likely to make you more nervous than awake.

    Exercise. In the morning or in the afternoon after work, all you need is exercise and be sure that in the weekend  you go to dance course or ride the bike.

    Drink more tea. Ginger, black, green tea, all with antioxidants and sure to keep you warm.



    Replace light face creams with more soften ones, with ingredients like honey, marigold or even oils. This advice is also for the body cream.
