• Why not eat cereals for breakfast

    I used to eat cereals for many years, until last year when I started to consume oat and grain flakes. And if you look at the ingredients on the box of cereals, not to mention that all promise chocolate, nout or cinamon flavour all natural. Instead they all have those almost natural ingrediend and taste like that are all but not natural.



    Recently I found an interesting article about this and the fact that after you eat cereals you are still hungry, in fact they make you more hungry. The fact is stressed by a doctor here.

    But instead you can eat flakes that are less processed and maybe more healthier. If you think they have no taste only mixed with milk you ca pour a spoon of honey for example or add bananas, other fruits will do also.
