• How to spice up yor food

    Spiced plants can be used also for cooking. I like to use them in cosmetics and tonic lotion, the rosemary tonic is ideal for me. But let us pas to the kitcken. Not many young female like us do this, but salads and soups are easy to cook and spice. 


    For example basil I think is the most spiced and aromatised plant I've ever used. It ca be used in salads, mainly with olive oil and souce.


    Let us not forget savory. It is good in sour soup  and you can add a ramose in one dish for the taste.


    Tarragon is a bittersweet herb that you can add to a cabbage dish, in a dressing or in vinegar if you cook it with poultry.


    Mint is easy to serve and easy to cultivate in you backgarden or even in the flower pot.

    Busuiocul este una dintre cele mai aromate plante si este folosit la salate, desi multi romani inca stramba din nas cand aud de el. Chiar asa, oare de ce? Sa ne gandim doar la bruschete, cine nu le savureaza cu placere?
    In cele mai multe cazuri, busuiocul este folosit in combinatie cu ulei de masline, in sosuri pentru salate.
    Cimbrul este o alta planta aromatica, tot cu origini meditaraneene. se foloseste mai ales la mancarurile de fasole, linte, varza, dar si pentru preparatele din carne de porc sau vanat.
    Cimbrul este o planta aromatica lemnoasa, ceea ce recomanda folosirea lui sub forma de crenguta, la foc mic, pentru a dezvolta aroma. De exemplu, in bors poti pune o crenguta de cimbru pentru a-i da aroma.
