• Rice or bread, which is less fattening

    Carbohydrates have been for some time the scary thought of any person on diet. You find them in bread or simple carbohydrates in sugar that lead to obesity or diabetes. But, medicine says that complex ones are foud in bread and rice.






    If we talk about bread made of grain the one with more healthier, as the more the grain is refiened the more you  eat. Fiber and whole bread makes you eat less as you need a smaller quantity to feel full. Likewise the processed bread, the white one, losses those vitamins and mineral that induce the feeling of fulness and are healthy for you.


    It is the same thing with white and brown rice. Even so there are many that use rice instead of bread. For example poultry, fish or turkey go together with rice instead of slices of bread. But specialists say that they both can make you fat that is to eat with moderation.
